Constant climate monitoring which includes preventive warnings to our clients.
Preventive action of placing an ice melter if the monitored event requires it to guarantee safety.
Immediate attention to each event.
Cleaning paths, sidewalks, lobby entrance using snow blower and snow shovel to perfect details.
Cleaning of parking lots and larger areas subject to customization of the type of machinery to be used depending on the size and type of the area.
Professional ice melter application wherever you require it (options available for types of salt and ice melter, customizable to your needs).
Each member of our teams has years of experience and full training in snow removal, which guarantees an excellent result and safety for your property (we do not hire extra staff at the last minute without training or experience).
Placement of salt containers according to the property.
Refilling of salt containers whenever required.
Frequent garbage collection to keep the property presentable and clean even during the winter.
Cleaning and removing excess salt on the property frequently to avoid salt accumulation in parking lots and main entrances to the property so that it always looks clean and well maintained.
