Am I paying anything today?
No. Reserving holds your place in next season's route. We come out, measure the property and send you a written quote. Nothing is owed until you accept it.
What if my property needs more than the basic visit?
Then the quote reflects that. The $50 rate covers weekly mowing and light bed maintenance on an average suburban lot. Larger properties, heavy bed work and extras like cleanups or fertilization are priced on top, and we tell you before you commit.
What does "limited routes per neighbourhood" mean?
We build each day around a tight cluster of properties, which is what keeps the pricing where it is. Once a neighbourhood's route is full, the next booking there goes to the following season.
When does the 2027 season start?
With the spring cleanup, usually late March or April depending on how fast the clay dries out. Weekly mowing begins once growth picks up.
Do you really not use any gas equipment?
Not one machine. Mowers, trimmers, blowers and hedge trimmers all run on batteries, and we carry enough charged packs to run a full day. The full equipment list is published here.
